First, I was online looking for the lottery website, and a warning message popped up telling me to call this number and resolve the issue. The company sounded legit, but I was nervous after a go-to-assist help was asked of me. Then the person started downloading my computer info> and asked me to pay for coverage up to $600.00 dollars of lifetime protection. Then they asked for that check to be shown on my computers camera in order to pull that amount off my bank account. I had had enough when they became more and more insistent. So I ended the session and closed my computer. Placed a fraud alert and told my husband what happened. The BBB as well.
