I ordered two pairs of GlassBox wireless earbuds, and a waterproof soft case on April 18, 2020. I received the case months later in July, however I still have not received the earbuds. I lost 44.98 USD. I have emailed them twice with no response. The website attached to the order confirmation email is “currently unavailable”.

I will also be emailing Instagram, as I learned about GlassBox earbuds through their advertising.

The money was taken immediately from my account; I have an email with a tracking number and the items stopped May 23, 2020 in “delivery country destination.” Unable to contact the company at all for a refund or to see where my items are!

It’s June 15,2020 and I didn’t get any information about my order,although I tried to contact them. This “company” is a scam. They were previously called PodsByGrey but changed their name. I ordered in January 2020 – my credit card was charged. It stated about 2-3 weeks shipping so when it had been a month with no product I emailed and messaged several times, on the shop/arrive tracking app they changed the status of my order to confirmed but I never actually received any reply/communication back from them. On my credit card statement under transaction details there was a 647 number attached to the company which was an iPhone as iMessage popped up, I sent a message and no one replied to that either. I’m sure it’s some kid that set up one of those e-commerce businesses/shops and just isn’t sending product out. Do not spend money with this company. Also, it looks like people caught on and I noticed today in the app they changed their name back to PodsByGrey LOL. What a joke.

I emailed them on April 22, 2020 regarding my order because I didn’t receive a confirmation. received an email from "Michelle" sating that my order is in progress. I tried emailing a couple times after that but no response. I also called Singapore Post regarding my order and they stated that they have a slip for my package but no package was received for it.

I ordered glass ox ear pods for 29.99 and an extra case for $10 on April 15, 2020. The extra case finally arrived on June 10 but no ear pods. The case was a piece of crap. It wouldn’t hold anything. The website is gone and no one will answer my emails. I also have a friend who ordered 2 pairs in the end of April and has never heard from them again. What a rip off. I can’t add a photo because I never received the pods😡

I purchased two sets of wireless earbuds from Glassbox Pods and they never arrived. I went to their Facebook page where I found multiple comments stating that this business is a scam, and no one has received their products. I paid 29.99 USD each for two pairs, totalling $65 CAD. My credit card was charged within a few days and a tracking number was sent. The tracking number doesn’t appear to exist in Singapore Post. I contacted Glassbox Pods via their contact address and I contacted Singapore Post and neither have responded to my emails. My next step will be to dispute the charge with my bank.

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered this product about a month and a half ago. When I reviewed my order, the prices were in Canadian and they offered a buy one get one free discount. As soon as I confirmed my order, the prices automatically converted into US and the discount that was showing disappeared. I immediately emailed them for a discount. At first I received a couple very short replies but they said they would refund me. I then it an email saying I had been refunded. That was 34 days ago. Now they are not replying to my emails and I can’t even locate their website. Hugeee scam! I located them on Instagram and they have disabled comments on all of their recent posts but if you scroll down you can see that they are scammers and have done this many times before. DO NOT ORDER!

I found this company through Instagram, which in hindsight I should’ve known not to trust it. However, after reading all the reviews, I decided to order from the company on April 7 spending roughly $27. I assumed due to the pandemic that it may take longer than usual, but after nothing for nearly a month, i decided to email the company requesting a refund. Mainly because i just decided to buy actual apple AirPods instead. They informed me they couldn’t issue a refund because my order had already shipped. I asked when the order shipped because i never received a shipping confirmation email. No reply. This conversation took place at the end of April. I gave them a few days, and emailed again asking when my order shipped. Again, no reply. After researching, i discovered their website is deleted and cannot get any contact. Do not order from this company. It was only $27, but regardless that $27 of my hard earned money literally stolen.

I ordered from them FOUR MONTHS ago (Since January) and have sent several e-mails and they did answer (finally after many attempts) “Sorry for the delay. Your order is shipped now and will be delivered shortly”. I got that a month ago and have yet not received them. I am really disappointed with the long waiting.

I ordered them before the pandemic broke through and now when I hear that others only waited for one month to receive them makes me sad. I demanded a refund or to ship the pods. I am still not sure if they really shipped my order or not. In addition. their web page is gone now!

I ordered these a whole 2 months ago. When I emailed them contact was very limited and it seemed more and more like a scam. I’m got one email back saying that due to the pandemic, shipping would take longer, and I emailed them back but then got no response back. Them just came in yesterday and are AMAZING. Frustrating that it took 2 months, but we have to remember that this pandemic is affecting companies differently. Great product if you have the patience to wait for it.

I’ve been waiting since January! With some further interrogation i came across “Pods by grey” now referring themselves to “Glassbox,Pods” On Instagram.

I’m livid. It surely has to be a scam?!

Okay I was just like everyone in these reviews! I thought it was a scam! I had ordered them in March and waited three weeks (since they said shipping takes 2-3 weeks) and emailed them asking for a status on my pods! I never received a response so I for sure thought it was a scam! I FINALLY received them today! It is May 6th! I swear I’m not some paid sponsor to write this review or anything! So I’m just thinking that your pods will come wayyyyy later! I think since they’re from China and because of this whole pandemic, that’s probably why they’re taking forever. Best of luck y’all!

Has anyone successfully reported them to the FTC (or some other federal source) and received their refund? I hope all of us get our money back. I want them to be punished for their illegal crime, eliminated, and our money refunded in full.

I promise you I just received mine today! A whole two months later! How long has it been since you ordered them? I thought it was a scam too because they weren’t responding to my emails! I think since they’re from China and because of the pandemic, that they’re just taking forever to come! I was going to even file a claim to my bank to get my money back but there’s no need now! Pods by Grey is a scam, do not purchase from their website. I bought ear pods over a month ago and yet to receive. I also received generic email advising of delays however nil changes in a month on arrive tracker. Plus tracking code does not exist when used on Singapore Post website (arrive mentions it is being shipped by Singapore post).
Horrible people ripping people off. I hope karma comes back to them.

I found this company through Instagram and decided to buy their products (wireless earbuds). I remember keeping it in my cart and they sent an email for a discount, which made me think they’re legit as they seem to be active (as well as the fact that there are reviews on the site and the site is well made). So I paid and accidentally put in the wrong billing address, but the payment still went through. I emailed them for two concerns: having put the wrong billing address, and on the google maps location that they show when viewing your order, it would be shipped on the other side of town from where I live. I have sent 5 emails from the time of purchase (25th of December, 2019) and I write this on the 9th of January, 2020, and have still yet to hear a response from any of my emails, which brings me to believe it’s a scam. Not only that, but the item has still yet to be shipped even though they offer “free worldwide express shipping”. I feel I have given them plenty of time to have at least responded to one of my emails, since the last one I sent was 5 days ago. I really do hope to get my money back or at least for them to see some consequences because even though it was only about $30, that is still money I worked for that went into undeserving hands.
