I purchased products from this account on Facebook and have yet to receive the products. They say they have a refund policy but cant even receive and email back when I ask about my order and it’s been over 3 weeks and still not even a tracking number. Every time I go to the website and log in it says unfulfilled next to order information. What am I to do ?
