I ordered knife set weeks ago, tried to cancel within 10 minutes but wouldn’t let me. Paid £70 and can’t get a refund unless I send the item back. Need them to actually send me something first! SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Update: I ordered my knife set on the 8th June, I was convinced I had been scammed but actually received my knife set today on the 2nd July. I don’t know if I’m one of the lucky ones that got my order albeit it late, I’m thankful I have it.

Customer service just lie to you and string you along as much as possible.

I ordered some chefs knifes costing over 70.00 pounds. Not received my items its been 3 months be aware this is a scam don’t order from this website. You will get nothing and you will lose your money. I should of read the review but it was to late after ordering the items
