Type of a scam Online Purchase
I have been looking for sustainable toothbrushes and came via the Giving Brush via a Facebook ad: https://www.facebook.com/thegivingbrush/videos/10156158119175348/. I have just ordered the toothbrushes but when I received a confirmation email of my order stating a gmail address I grew concerned. They claim to be an accedited bussiness on this page: https://givingbrush.com/products/eco-friendly-giving-brush but I can’t find them in your register hence I am reporting them. Some of the comments on Facebook confirm my fears for a scam as they are still waiting for their order after 2 months. Please could you let me know whether they are registered with you are whether this is a false claim? I am based in Australia but couldn’t enter this in your system, hence the Alaskan postcode.
