I’ve been waiting on my order for months now I’ve purchased several clothing items from there thinking nothing of it and when I went to go look up the website to get a refund the website no longer exists! Was this a scam? How do I receive my refund

They put up an add on social media platforms and stated they were having a sale. After purchasing the clothing, I received an email stating that they are preparing my stuff. It also told me that it will update after they ship it. I also tried contacting them, but they have no phone number, only an email address.
