I placed an order for a blanket on 11/12/18 as a Christmas gift. I placed the order through my paypal acct which is attached to my bank. They withdraw the payment from my account w in days. 2 weeks later I get a tracking number that whenever I would check said it was invalid. I emailed the company & did get a response stating they are behind & to be patient. After about 6 emails of this over the course of a few weeks I told them I wanted a full refund. I did not get a reply to that email. I told them I was going to file a complaint they told me if that’s what I felt I needed to do to go ahead. So here it is almost 2 months later, NO merchandise & NO refund. I started looking up issues w this company name on line & imagine to my surprise this is a huge issue w thousands of people scammed which looks to be from at least September 2018. Im beyond furious & hoping PayPal refunds my $52.91. These people need to be prosecuted!

I purchased an oregon ducks quilt in late September 2018 from them on Facebook. I used PayPal to protect myself just in case. I did receive an order number and was able to see my order. After about a month, when I tried to find my order on their website, it was no longer found. So in the beginning of Nov. after I waited for over a month, I contacted them through their email address. I didn’t hear back so I opened a claim through PayPal. I guess PayPal got in touch with them and at that point, gigiblanket sent me an email saying their shipment truck crashed and they had to replace all the products in the truck. They wanted me to be understanding and that my quilt was on the way. A day or so later, after PayPal did their investigation, they ruled in my favor as gigiblanket being negligent in fulfilling my order. They refunded all of my money. I have still not received any quilt from them.

I saw this quilt on facebook and had to have it for my son. I ordered it on Sept 23, 2018. I received a order confirmation on 09/24,2018 and the money was taken out of my credit card 09/24 09/26 5542950LWJHX36PFS GIGIBLANKET.COM 19809991090 OR.

I emailed them on 10/14/2018 twice and 10/15/2018 then on the 15th I received and email from

I then received an email on Oct 23,th 2018. Saying it was ready to ship on Oct 20th 2018 with tracking Numbers for DHL and then the Post Office. I have checked both tracking numbers daily and it still says ready to ship on Oct 20th.Today I called DHL Global and was told the same thing it was ready to ship but that have not received it yet.

I can not call GiGI Blanket because there is no telephone number for them. I see on facebook as well that they company name has changed to cottoncolor.net.

I emailed the again today and received an automated response.

I also tried to put a review on their website but they stopped it from posting. I just hope someone reads this and doesn’t lose their hard earned money like I have

The Gigiblanket payee was "the snow at sign" when purchased.

I have no address or phone number to contact these people. Their support email address gives you assurances your item was shipped but it never arrives. They will tell you it has already shipped and can take three to four weeks.

I paid them $58.91 on 9/25/2018 and continue to wait for my quilt (ACDC Memories Blanket KL30 × 1 Queen)

I emailed them numerous times from a "contact us" button on these scam websites

Note there are multiple names besides Gigiblankets with similar websites all under the Farmzily name.

I purchased a king sized quilt, supposedly of grateful dead album covers for 69.90. I entered my information and received an "order number". My credit card was charged. I emailed the "company" and asked why my order information did not recall my order that was placed when I entered it, and was told it can take 1-3 weeks for processing. Emails are returned by a "Alice Walker" from customer service. I am now out 70 dollars and have received no product.

I ordered a Chicago Bears Queen size quilt on 9-27-18 for my husband’s birthday (10-17-18), order# 2968. I paid using my PayPal account. I sent an email through the gigiblanket.com website on October 2, 2018 stating that I could not track my order. I received an email from Customer Support Representative, "Cindy Blossoms", stating that the order was in process, would ship in 7-10 business days and I would receive an email from the carrier with the new tracking number. As of October 14, I still had not received any updates on shipping. So I sent another email to Cindy Blossoms, which received an auto reply message stating the company would send an update as soon as possible. I have since tried to track my order on the website, but the website is not found and redirects you to the "new" page gigiblanket2.com, which does not offer any tracking page or items to order.

I ordered a quilt and shirt September 30. I tried to contact them about when my order should ship. Have not heard anything, it is now October 14, 2018.
