I purchased a blanket for a friend as a surprise after losing both her parents within months of each other. I was waiting on a call to tell me she received it. When I never got the call I called to ask her if she received anything from me, she stated no! I then sent an email to the company they informed me via email that the blankets were made once ordered and that the blanket would be sent and received around April. I placed the order on October 21, 2018 and they stated it wouldn’t be shipped until April 2019. Well to date I haven’t or my friend hasn’t received the queen Elvis blanket I ordered. Totally scammed out of $64.90. The only reason I’m writing this is I came across the email and paperwork I received while cleaning out paperwork during this self isolating period of the Coronavirus and don’t want anyone else to be scammed by this company. Beware blanket may seem to be uplifting for someone you know but the “world class customer service to all our customers” is NOT their “utmost priority.” Someone needs to shut this online company down!

On November 23, 2018 got an email stating that my purchase has shipped with a DHL tracking number and stating it would be arriving November 29th. No package on November 29th. Checked DHL tracking and no item is found. Tried tracking order on website of Gigi blanket, and now states order doesn’t exist. It is now December 3, 2018.

I purchased a Georgia Bulldogs queen size blanket from them on October 5th for 64.90 and paid through PayPal. On October 23rd the tracking showed it was waiting for pickup for delivery by the carrier and should be picked up in 3-4 days. On October 31st I contacted them by email to follow up and was told it had already shipped but the tracking information was never updated. I have contacted them three times since then and have not had any response. I have disputed the transaction with my bank requesting a refund. They have a very convincing website with the exception of no exact address and no phone number. They are definitely a scam.

I ordered a blanket from this site after I seen the Link on Facebook. I paid through PAYPAL as I do not feel comfortable sending any form of payment online without it being secured. I spent 64.90 on what I thought was going to be a queen size Nightmare before Christmas blanket.
After 6 weeks of requesting an update and receiving literally the same Automated response email every time even after I stated I was reporting them for fraud.
I contacted PAYPAL and disputed the purchase. I have received my funds back due to the lack of communication from the seller.
After resolved I received a tracking number for USPS. Today Nov 5th I checked the tracking and it states it was delivered five hours away from my home. I called USPS and they stated there are FIVE count them FIVE open claims on what is supposed to be my order. Please do not order from them site. Their links are no longer on FACEBOOK they also no longer have any form of social media association it looks as though they have removed it after being caught and marked as fraud.

On my Facebook newsfeed, there was a sponsored ad by Dream Stuff for a Chicago Cubs quilt. When I clicked on the link, it took me to the website, gigiblanket.com, and I placed my order, paying extra for insured shipping. I placed my order on September 25th. They charged my bank on September 26th. On October 3rd I received an email saying that my order went into production and it gave me a link to track my order. On October 12th, it said it was pulled for shipping and waiting for the carrier and that it would be 3-4 business days. I contacted them on October 19th and got an auto response email and it stated their business hours in ITC time. I had never heard of that time zone and that’s when I got suspicious and started looking and discovered others had been scammed. I messaged Dream Stuff on Facebook and they won’t respond and now on 10/22, they removed my ability to comment on their page. They are still advertising on Facebook but now the link takes you to cottenblanket.net I have reported to Facebook and they are still advertising.

On September 19th 2018, I ordered a Grateful Dead themed quilt that was advertised on Facebook by GiGi Blanket. I never got any tracking number or anything, so I contacted them. They emailed me back saying that the order can take up to 3 weeks to process. So, I waited over 3 weeks & emailed them again. They said it was "Waiting for the shipping carrier to pick up the order" I waited another week & it still hadn’t shipped. I emailed again. They they said it could take 3 more weeks. I checked PayPal to see if they had been paid & PayPal had a hold on the payment until the item shipped. (Apparently this company has had shady transactions before) The pending charge said it was from BG Holding Company LTD and it was for "advertising". Now, they won’t respond to my emails & they have blocked me from commenting on their Facebook ads. They advertise these quilts under several names, but no one has actually received one. I was glad I used PayPal & not my debit card!!!

I purchased a blanket from Gigi Blankets on October 5 as gift to myself for Christmas. I decided to check on the shipping status of my order last night to find out there page is completely blank ! It does say on the receipt that I have will ship by DHL with out a tracking number there is no way for them to even track it. You click on catalog and theres nothing there, I tried to sign into my account ,theres no place to sign in anymore. There Instagram , no post to show. I have clicked on other images of blankets that were supposedly selling and there gone. My advice to everyone is don’t buy off Facebook. While the clothing , blankets or what ever there selling may look amazing and be the perfect gift for you or someone else you know. What money I did lose on this purchase may not seem like a lot but for me it was. I could have used the money else where. Very Upset with my self at the moment.

I saw a beautiful MSU quilt on my Facebook news feed as a sponsored site. After about a month of seeing this, I decided to buy it with the little extra money I had saved. Once I paid, I received an invoice and receipt from PayPal.
When I clicked on the link in the invoice to check the status of my order and check the tracking, the website didn’t work any longer. The website didn’t have any content of their products online any longer either. No contact information, just an email address to contact. Sent an email, and received an auto reply that said they would contact me ASAP. Haven’t heard from them yet. Lost almost $70 US.
