I received a call from Giant Eagle about the Duncan Hines Recall. He sounded like he was from India. He said he was calling to tell me that I was able to receive a $100 in rebate. I asked if the rebate had to do with Duncan Hines, he didn’t answer. He then said "Oh we’ll send you $100 anyway, but give us your charge # we have to charge $2.95 on your credit card to issue the rebate."
