Advertised a Lifebag on social media, went to website, looked authentic and stated that shipping was from US; paid $65.90 for the bag on March 22, 2020; tracking number they provided stops on 4/2/2020. No bag to date, responds to early June 2020 emails were offered to send another bag or refund money. I asked for money to be refunded, they stated that the bag has already been shipped and they cannot refund the money. I still do not have any product. They take between 1-2 weeks to respond to emails, no phone numbers to contact the company, only email.
