Placed an order on the site for shoes for my daughter for Christmas on December 13th, the site guaranteed that the item will be shipped before Christmas. I haven’t received any type of shipment information and the money have been debited from my account. The company is also on Facebook, Instagram and other social media and consumers are complaining about not receiving their orders and no response from the company at all. Please help!
