I purchased 2 diaper bags online came out to 23.94..still haven’t received the product..emailed several times ..no response. Websites has been removed since then.

Company advertised on Facebook says diaper bag will be free just pay shipping. I was immediately charged $12. Their confirmation email says allow 4 weeks for shipping and handling, they provide fake invoice number. It’s been 7 weeks since my order was placed and card charged. The links in their email to track order are broken, the link to their website is broken, and no one responds to their “costumer service” email.

Purchased sale item and was sent confirmation email after payment that it had been shipped. The email had a link to track package and a link back to the website or was purchased from both of which did not work. Tried replying to customer support email address they provided for “any problems that occur” and have heard no response from that either. I believe I will not be getting a package at all and they have simply taken my money.

I do not believe this is a legitimate online shop, they offered a limited discount on an item, sent me a confirmation and a few days later claimed the product was shipped. There was never a tracking number provided. I tried various attempts to contact "customer service" without response. It has been a month now since the purchase without word, without the package ever coming.

This company shares an ultimate waterproof diaper bag that retails for about $50 on their online store. But they claim they are running a special that if you only pay for shipping and handling, it’s yours for free. I placed an order at the beginning of August and by the 15th of August I received an email stating my order had been shipped and that I can track my package on an app called Arrive. Well it’s Sept 1st, no package and I’ve checked the Arrive app and it only says my order has been confirmed. Offers nothing on shopping. I’ve contacted the company through their email address on their website and have not heard anything back from them. The review posted are deleted daily. I looked today and there’s only reviews posted on Sept 1, tons saying they haven’t received their item, no contact from the company, everything I have been dealing with. I posted a review as well warning others, but It will just be deleted.
