Internet posting on Craigslist showing 1999 Airstream B190 on Dec 8, 2016. Information shown on posting: only 34,157 Original Miles, 1 owner, it’s on a E-350 Super Duty Extended Body, ford Chassis and powered with the power-house 6.8 liter SEFI.
Seller (Holly Toner) claimed to be in the military serving at Hill Air Force Base, Utah but was promoted and transferred to Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage, Alaska for a 2 year period. Per Seller, the motor home was extremely maintained with full service history and provided pictures of motor home. Seller did not want it to rot in the backyard and Seller wanted at lease $7,000. Seller indicated that motor home shipment and transportation from Air Force Base would be Seller responsibility and that eBay would manage financial part. Seller ask to give buyer’s full name and mailing address via email to start transaction with eBay. Buyer then received eBay Motors Buyer Protection email which had information to how to make wire payment to Wells Fargo Bank to the account of Gary Dobbs. Motor Home was not shipped or received after $7,00.00 was wired.
