BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered three FreezAir coolers on August 16, 2020 for $179.99 and never received the product. The same email scam from “Kelly Dorman” in customer service offered to expedite shipping or a full refund. I requested the full refund but never received the product or the refund. No response to further requests and no working phone number, but I managed to track down a Romanian phone number linked to this company #+40(758)346 429.
I have filed complaints with BBB and other sites, but this is a major scam operation located outside the US.

My experience with them was equally bad as all of the above complaints. I bought the electrical energy savers in September and a month later had still not received them. I sent and email and was told by “Kelly” that there was a computer glitch and she would refund my $99.99. I told her to cancel the order and refund my money, she did neither. I received the product anyway. I still want a refund but cannot send the product back unopened as I said I would. I have sent four more emails and no responses have been received. I can’t file a fraud complaint with my bank because I did receive the product which I’m sure does not work!

1. I ordered product and less than 24 hours I attempted to cancel 3 times before item shipped, no response. 2. they charged my credit card after I refused to accept the product shipment, no response. 3. to check on shipping information you have to join another service to receive shipping information.
Gadgetsful is not a reliable or customer oriented service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RETAILER FOR ANYTHING. They are non responsive to customers. I feel I have been screwed to order a product whose price is 100% higher than other places.

On Sept 20th I ordered the Power Pro from them and received a response with a tracking number but after a few weeks with nothing showing up i tried contacting them by email twice since with no response. I paid 45.00. Ialways check these things out first howled wet I did it on impulse it seemed so legit. Out seemed like a big deal this was not the first to me I had seems this item advertised so is it just this site? I hope they resolve this in the ultimate legal way…jail

I had an unauthorized order from them on my PayPal account and I asked for an invoice three times. No help and no product. For some reason PayPal insisted it was a legitimate order and would not help so I had to cancel my account since I could not find out how it happened. No one else knew I had a PayPal account so it was a mystery and now I can’t use PayPal since someone at this seller did it. Gadgetsul also sent me a tracking number for the order which was false making this even more fraudulent.

I ordered a FreezAir Cooler on 9/01/2020. Gadgetsul immediately deducted $89.99 + taxes and shipping from Visa. I have not received my order. I have emailed many times with no response. To track, they directed me to an app, “Home” which simply shows my order but has no shipping information. There is no good phone number for this company.

No response other than one cursory email that said thank you for you patience. Obviously, this is a scam. Everyone should stay away. I will file a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered a set of 5 power pro plus for $99.99 back on September 14th. Over a month later I still haven’t received them. If I email the company, which I have at least 5 times, I received one of a couple of return emails with wording that basically stated, it’s coming and we will email you when it is sent. It’s clearly not coming, and the company behind the order clearly a scam that bounces you through a few front companies before landing on these guys who are as fake at it gets. I just want my money or my item. I will be reporting this company and any of its fronts/ subsidiaries.

On 9/19/20 I ordered 1Powerpro. Their ordering page was confusing to me so I backed out of it even before I finished the purchase. Next thing I know I received an email telling me my order was being processed. I sent a message telling them it was a mistake and that I did not understand their ordering page. Kelly Dorman sent me an email saying the order would be cancelled and I would be credited my order. I believed her. When I got my bank statement I was charged. $99.99 twice by time Shoprogear. I have sent numerous e-mails and no one will answer. We are retired people living on a small income and cannot afford paying these scammers. Is there anyone who can help solve this issue with this company?

I ordered the plug in electricity savers. Paid $59.99. Paid on September 18. It is now October 19. I have sent 50 plus emails to inquire about why I haven’t received my purchases. Kelly Dorman sent me 4 emails staying there was a computer glitch. I was asked all four times do I want a refund or expedite my order. I responded and still no response. I wrote to the BBB in NY and they were to writer a letter. Now I have my bank involved, the fraud section. Unreal on what this company does.

Just like all of you, I screwed up and made a purchase from these people. Received an email from someone (owner of the company – no actual name). After 2 weeks I inquired on the whereabouts of my Power Pro units and also like many of you, I heard from Kelly Dorman advising she tracked my order and should receive it within 7-18 days. After having read all of your comments here, I have requested a chargeback through PayPal and I think it would behoove you guys to do the same. This is terrible!

I paid with credit card for three freeze it coolers 179.99 on 8/16/20. An email was sent acknowledging purchase and items were never sent. The items were never came. On 9/4/20 I received an email from Kelly Dorman( contact+canned [email protected]) after I used their tracker system that told me my order number was invalid. The email said the order was being processed and a service representative would contact me shortly. But it never happened. They give no phone number for contact. I now know I have been scammed. The charge on my account was made by shoprogear.com

I ordered a neck massager with an extended warranty on June 18, 2020. My credit card was charged $61.99. To this date, I have not received the product nor have I been refunded my money despite asking for it numerous times.

They claimed they will contact you within 24 hours on one site once you post a problem and on another site they claim they will contact you within 48 hours, but they don’t respond at all.

The company I placed my order with was called freshsleep360.com. I will only order from Amazon from now on.

They owe me $439.95. They had emailed me that I would be getting this back within 5 to10 days. It’s now over a month and no credit back. Each time I email them about this, I get the same exact generic email response from Kelly Dorman saying she/he will check with accounting and will get back to me as soon as possible.
She/he never does. I don’t believe Kelly Dorman is actually the person’s real name.
There is more to this, however, I am so angry at these scammers that it’s hard for me to go on writing about it. Just want to warn people. And think about it, if by any chance you receive one mask after over a month, you will see it is not worth $60.00 + the cost of filters (5 for $19.99). That’s $80.00. Quality is not there.
And order filters again later? How long would you have to wait? And you might not ever receive them. And any returns? Where do you send it back? They will never credit you back and will take whatever they can.

This company is taking advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I purchased face masks on 4/10 and received a bogus tracking number within a few days. The website (freshsleep.com) that I made my purchase on advertised shipping within 2 weeks. I kept checking the tracking info, which was never updated and basically stated (to this day 5/11/20) that USPS was awaiting the order and that a shipping label only had been created. I have tried contacting the company several times and received 1 response sending me the same bogus tracking number. There is no phone number at which to call this company. I wish I had done my research into this company before purchasing over $200 worth of products that I have not received. There are several terrible reviews on facebook and apparently another person has reported them to the BBB. I have since contacted my bank to file a dispute and will be awaiting resolution.

They advertised masks that seem to be high end masks to protect against corona virus. I ordered them and they advertised fast shipping to be received in 2 weeks.after 2 weeks I emailed them and they responded was about to ship. A week later I contacted them and they sent me a bogus tracking number. Where it just says the company is expecting to receive a package, but no prof they have something. After almost 4 weeks and no receipt or sign that package was on its way, I ask my credit card company to cancel the purchase and got refunded by my credit card company. I wasted weeks without a proper mask so I ordered on amazon.

Ordered online 2 SafeBreath Pro masks and SafeBreath Pro 5 Layer Replacement Filters from Gadgetsul. My credit card was promptly charged for these items. Shipping and tracking information was bogus-no way to tract the shipment. We have not received the products. Customer support team response by Kelly Dorman was vague in relation to questions regarding shipping company and anticipated arrival time of ordered products. There is no way to contact this company other than by email or through company’s pngage. After not receiving the ordered products, my wife and I looked up product and company reviews on Gadgetsul reviews-Facebook. All of the reviews stated similar issues of not receiving the ordered product, difficulty contacting the company, no response to inquiries regarding shipment of product, no current tracking information available, and overcharging on credit card used to order product. Do not order any product from this company. I have notified my credit card company and an investigation is occurring.
