Received call from Craig Coaches, CEO of the company and he wanted people to invest in his company. Which consisted of a publisher and developer of mobile apps. It entered the business by acquiring the app portfolio of Fun Cool Free, LLC. which at the time in 2014 had more than 550 smart phone apps primarily in the highly sought-after gaming niche with apps in eight other categories such as social media, health and fitness, music, and entertainment. I first bought 25,000 shares @ .30 cents. I received a certificate stating the amount of shares purchased. I then purchased another 35,000 shares @ .15 cents.
