I ordered a grill on 07/19/20…I’ve emailed them three times, no response…no one answered the phone when I call. After reading everyone replies, I think I got scammed. I’m going to keep trying. I looked for the company on the BBB and it can’t be found

I purchased a grill on July 17, 2020. I only received one email saying ‘Thanks For My Order’. I never got any shipping information and I have contacted them as well without getting a response. I will need a full refund and no one else should shop at this store!

Same story here! I think they’re hacking into some system to get these UPS tracking numbers?
I reported the website to the FTC here https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/Information#crnt&panel1-1

And I emailed the registrar / domain provider. They’re called porkbun.com (they’re legit I looked them up. Seems the frogbun website creators just were not creative) and asked them to deactivate the website. They got back to me asking for details so here’s their email [email protected] . Just shoot them an email hopefully the website gets taken down before it scores more purchases.

Yea got me also, I’ve done all of the above, UPs service rep told me it went to a restaurant that she couldn’t give me the address for security reason. so I zoom in on business location showing apt. complex. I also saved my txt message with Ups. as of today (1Aug 20) when i call 323-285-2625 the message is: The phone number you dial is unreachable.

Frogbun is a fake company. Package was sent to a completely different address and i have the screen shots to prove the address confirmed was mine. No response from Frogbun.net so i called UPS and they did nothing but refer me back to this FAKE scam of a company who I can not get to respond to my messages. Basically anyone who orders from this company is being scammed and UPS us in on it with them. Now I am out my money and my son’s gift. I am going to keep digging to bring down this company as it has messed with the wrong customer this time.

I purchased a wet/vac from this site. I did not receive my product. I attempted several times to use the customer service number to discuss issue. The phone just rings and rings an then just cuts call. I have attempted many times to contact through emails with no response or answer. I will continue to attempt to get a refund. I have called my credit card company and they are doing an investigation. I will also contact the better business bureau. Do not buy from this company!

Oh yeah. I have a tracking number that says product was delivered on July 23 and July 28 the. When I contacted ups they only stated product was delivered. I cannot get any help from ups either!

On July 16, 2020. I ordered a charcoal BBQ grill from a website named Frogbun.net. for $99.00. After ordering; I recieved an email with what looked like a legitimate confirmation with UPS to deliver. They even gave me a UPS tracking #. After a couple of days I tracked the package. On the 3rd day i recieved an email saying the package has been delivered. When i arrived home there was no package. I called The UPS center and asked them to track my package. I was told that the tracking # that I have. Has a different name and address. So I asked where was it delivered. UPS gave me the address and I drove over to the house where it was delivered and the gentleman that answered had a package with the same tracking as the one I had. But no BBQ grill was delivered to his home. So I proceeded to contact frogbun, which they only respond by email. I explained to them that I have not received my package. They responded back saying " sorry for the inconvenience and that they sent my info. Back to thier shipping department. After this. The next day I recieved another email with a different tracking number. So today on July 23, 2020 I recieved another email saying my package has been delivered by UPS. Once again. No package. I have all the emails and correspondence.
