Received message on instagram to claim ticket at walmart — that I was "chosen to receive a gift" just go to nearest walmart. very vague and evasive. when pressed for information, the person said i’d "won" $800,000 and a Brand new BMW. Well, not being totally stupid I asked what this would cost—- the person said $299. Gave me a "special code" only for me that I needed to go to Walmart as soon as possible and the ticket was waiting for me there. When I asked what I was to do when I got to the Walmart they said go to the walmart 2 walmart transfer. This is not the first and I continue to be contacted by these people with a FREEBIE prefix to their name. Very sad that they prey upon people’s weaknesses. Lord knows, we could all use a little extra money. This is criminal!
