Ugh I ordered in January and it’s August now and I’ve still got nothing. They won’t send me my stuff or let me cancel. I asked them several times to cancel and refund my order. I’m so pissed off. I’ve sent a ton of emails and get a response that they’ll be sending it soon but it’s been 8 months of waiting. Absolute garbage company.
I have the same problems! I ordered may 2020 PREORDERED for June, and it’s now middle of July And no shipment! Everytime I reach out I am just pushed off like “oh, it’ll be shipped out Friday!” It’s definitely a SCAM! Do not shop with ford emporium!
The same thing has happened to me. I ordered jelly fruits on April 2nd, was told the order would come in May, and one week into July it’s still not here. I tried to cancel the order but they said I would have had to do that within 14 days of ordering. It’s a horrible company!
I waited over three months for my order. It finally came and it’s a knock off, not what they show online.

Type of a scam Online Purchase
I made a purchase for candy on 2/7/20 after searching the internet. Ford Emporium’s website came up as the only company who had the candy to purchase. I still to this day (6/15/20) have not received the candy I paid for ($29.88). I have sent them at least 6 emails asking each time where my order is and every time I get a response telling me it is shipping out in the next day or so. There is no way to contact them except through email or Facebook messenger, and every time the exact same response. They have no address or phone number listed.
I’m have same exact issue. 5 emails always say same response like they ship next week and nothing. Asked for a refund multiple times too. They are a scam obviously. I also paid 29 bucks.
