Type of a scam Business Email Compromise
So In December 30 I was in *** checking some stuffs and i saw this promoter page or this website that *** was promoting saying that they had good deals on air pods, so I checked the website and the *** page and it looks legit, like true? so I decided to order some air pods for me, its been 1 month already and I haven’t received anything, I tried to email them and few weeks ago the reply back saying that they were busy with the orders and it would take more time and that i should be patient and wait, so I waited already 1 month and couple 1 week ago i went to email them back and they havent respond yet , i tried to check my order and the website its already down? like gone? they deleted the website and Im guessing that all the people that payed for the air pods didnt received anything? it might be my fault for trusting those pages that *** promote but it seems that *** are the ones that let that happen? how can you promote a website in *** that its just trying to steal ? and too many people will see those offerts or things that they like so they buy it? if we trust the organization and its true? but i just want to know whats gonna happen with my money and i want to report that so you guys at least can do something or *** just keep doing it so more users of *** can lose their money.
