I came across an ad on Facebook on July 24, 2018. It was for a portable air conditioner, which I really needed because my AC in my car broke. I ordered it for $9.83 that came out of my *** *** *** Debit card.
I did not receive anything. Usually with these kinds of sites, it has taken up to 2 months to receive product (I ordered detox tea a year ago from the same site), so I waited the appropriate time. By now, it’s clear I’m not receiving anything. I’m highly disappointed and want my money back.
I definitely know it’s a scam because a few months after I ordered it, in September, I researched the company and the site is taken down, it shows on Safari "your connection is not private … proceed back to safety" and the website cannot be found. It’s so obviously a scam.

Saw an ad on Instagram for a free glow in the dark mask, and the customer only had to pay for the shipping, which was about $7 or $8 dollars. Visited the website which appeared to be legit, and received an email confirming my purchase. Never received the item, no responses to emails (to support), and no contact information provided on website.

I ordered two pairs of pants off this website and paid in euros, I’ve been waiting almost 4 months for a package that was said to be on its way. I’ve emailed their customer service multiple times with no replies. They sent out an email months ago saying early August they’d have the delayed orders sent out. I still haven’t received information on the order I accidentally spent 18 dollars on.

i ran across Fire Fashion Store on Face Book,they were offering adult onesies for shipping only so i ordered 3 separate onesies and this was in early july 2018 an still have not received them,i have not been able to contact them,but of course i paid for them.Please make sure you chek everything possible in order to be sure that you are dealing with a legitimate company.

yes I had order online since July 21,2018 and have not received anything they email only twice and they told me that I was going to get it on August 6,2018 and when that date came I check my postal and did not get nothing so I email them and finally got a respond back and so they came up and said that I was going to received it on the 26 of August 2018 so that date was a Sunday so said I would get it Saturday so I didn’t get nothing in the mail so I waited on Monday 8/27/2018 and got nothing mail so Tuesday 8/28/2018 came by and nothing so Wednesday 8/29/2018 nothing no merchandise.

I ordered some items from this website and after reciving and email saying one package was delivered which it was not I went online and read a lot of other peoples stories and they all were the same as mine. I want this company investigated and shut down. I will be contacting my bank and having a course of action taken to get my money back.
