The scammer is offering an unclaimed transferable on death (TOD) savings monetary deposit in the sum of Ten Million Eight Hundred and Twenty Thousand United States Dollars. Stating the policy holder was one of his clients. He fictitiously was an oil magnate in Canada. He died in a car accident in Toronto 9 years ago. No one has come forth to claim the funds. Since we share the same last name this scammer is offering that we can legally split the funds 10% to charity, 45% to the scammer, and 45% to me.
