I made a purchase of a Louis Vuitton bag, cost $1000. Initial payment of $200 was made via link of http://calidreaminboutique.bigcartel.com/product/layaway-for-client. For the remaining balance of $800 i made a bank transfer to Sheere Hill 3509 Manchester Drive Charlotte NC 28217 thru Wells Fargo account of 71987940088 rT# 053000219. I offered to pay via paypal, but she stated they dont have one so I went ahead and did the bank transfer on May 3,2016. She assured me the bag will be shipped the next day. The following day, i was given a tracking # via usps of 9405803699300242288853. I kept tracking the bag for 5 days with no update. Finally i called their numbers (704)605-9488 and (980) 335 6009 both numbers I talked to Sheere and a person who identifies himself as the owner. Very rude to me,I informed them to cancel the transaction. Sheere stated the bag was missing by USPS. I went ahead and demand for my refund. Soon to find out they reposted the bag(thought it was missing). Ive been back and forth with them for my refund. I have not yet received my $800 refund, the $200 i was able to get back with the help of my bank since it was paid via debit card.
