Type of a scam Government Grant
This number has called me numberous times. Each time they explain that they are with the government and my name and number was selected to receive free money from the government. A free grant. They tell me all I need to do is go to Walmart and deposit 200$ with money gram.
That was one incident
The next call was when they asked me was I who they asked I was. I slipped up and said yes, who is this.
They automatically hung up. (Usually I don’t say yes) the last time they called I didn’t say yes, I said no thank you, they hung up before I could say put me on the do not call list. So I answered wanting to do that on the last call.
I remember hearing about a scam of when you say yes they can use the recording and do things with the information they have on you.
