Type of a scam Phishing

I received an email in my scam folder on June 10, 2018. The entire letter including the title of the email was in all caps with grammatical errors here and there.

The title of the email was "FBI SIGNED AGAINST YOU" the letter indicated that I had failed to comply with their directives and that a warrant is currently out for my arrest. The letter is all over the place and some sentences don’t even make sense. Something about a fraudulent deal and that they have an attorney I need to contact and to send $500.00 via wire transfer or money gram. It then threatens me some more and urges that I get this done right now. Then it starts talking about compensation funds in the millions of dollars.

It’s as if they combined 2 scam types in one email, after all if they really had money to compensate why would the FBI be involved and the warrant. Although it did threaten me it’s pretty stupid, lots of errors that stand out, you can tell by their language that English is probably not their first language and if it is then, wow, they need to repeat school.
