I was running a Facebook promotion for my R&B group and my Facebook promotion was suspended or deemed not approve part way through the promotion. I then went on an extensive Google search to try to contact Facebook in regards to my promotion. After months of extensive search and previous dealing with this number I contacted said number in order to rectify my Facebook situation. Through this number I was asked to provide another method of payment via iTunes gift cards I was provided with a tracking number after the gift cards payment was made. I was then instructed that it would take 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue with my promotion as well as putting extra security measure on my page to prevent this from happening in the future. Almost 48 Hours pass and there was no action on my Facebook page taken for the promotion. Today I attempted to contact the very same number with my tracking number to find out what was the status of my promotion I was then asked for an additional $100 for the security measures to be ran although I was already told that it would take 24 to 48 hours and that the job was already completed. When asking today for my refund I was told that I would never get my money back unless I paid the $100 I refuse to pay the $100 I was then informed that I would never see my money. They pretend to be technical support for Facebook everything sounds on the up-and-up until you hear the operators names and the mere fact do they continue to ask for money.
