I was offered a free sample of skin and wrinkle cream if I paid postage and handling, which I paid under $12.00 for. I was then signed up for monthly shipments, and after 14 days they turned the free product into two charges of over $80. each. Before I caught the charges on my credit card they had sent another months supply with two charges over $90.00 The charge that should of been around $12.00 was now over $350. I contacted the company and they insist they had terms of agreement stating such. However, they were not visable to me when I made the initial purchase nor could I go back and find any terms of agreement.
Long story short, I returned all products and told the Post Office to return to sender for the second shipment. I have no product and still had to pay $175.00. They hide the terms of agreement s0 not made available to the consumer
This company deals in false advertising. They post famous people such as Joy Baher, Ellen Degeneres, Oprah, Angelee Jo Lee in their advertising saying they are leaving positions to run this makeup company. Inspite of numerous phone calls to the company I was never given a name of the company or an address other than a place to return product.
As I’ve researched this scam I notice that they are constantly changing the name of the product and the famous people who are running the company. I researching about the scam I ran across several other women who fell for the product and none of them saw any terms of agreement. I am sure many women are being cheated by this scam. Please investigate. They are preying on women.
