They use Zelle as payment, then they will not message you back or even confirm the order when you check out and send the money. They will not respond. My bank won’t help me since I authorized the transaction, and Zelle says it is the bank who needs to help do something. No one is holding this company responsible for taking money and then not sending product or replying. I can only upload one picture but if you look at their payment section on the website you’ll see that it’s the only type they take it goes into more information.
