Type of a scam Online Purchase
On October 17,2018 while going through my Facebook account I saw this store advertising Ugg boots as well as other merchandise for sale. I decided to purchase a pair for my daughter for Christmas. I set up an account and tried to pay with a Visa gift card that I had gotten, but with no luck it would go through. Every time I tried it would say payment declined. So I thought maybe it was the gift card so I tried using my debit card still with no luck. The next thing I know the bank is calling because it red flagged my account as suspicious. Needless to say I didn’t order the boots. Not thinking any more about it until last night when I went to use my gift card and found out that someone had taken the funds two days after I tried to purchased the boots and put it into a paypal account. Thank god paypal is trying to resolve the problem as I would be out of money. Please do not even try to purchase anything from this company. I have seen them advertise on Facebook as well as them having a web page. I wish I had looked more into the company before I had tried to place a order as they have no means to contact them in case of a problem.
