Contacted me for a job using a couple of different names but I can’t find any info on them. They sent me an application which is attached.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
You have to forward the package during the next 1-2 business days after
it has been delivered to you and the shipping label has been provided.
Please take a note : Package will be sent to you and may be or not onto your name.
Cannot find a quick template "cariers"
You need to collect and keep every receipt for any purchase that you
made related to our work(printer supplies,box,packaging material)
and at the end of the month provide them to me.
After i review them – this amount will be added to your payroll.
