Service Tech called stating they worked for Microsoft and that my computer was seriously infected. I allowed them into my computer and they displayed screenshots of malware supposedly inflecting my computer. Stating the crooks were from Russia, with dates and times of the attacks. I was scammed out of several hundred dollars, and my computer has since been infected.

They called on my cell phone saying they were getting warnings that my computer network was compromised. That it was vulnerable to hackers stealing my private and financial information. They were stating that they authorized Microsoft agent.
