Exclusive Pets Home and their shipper, World Carpet Transport are scammers.
I purchased a tea cup poodle puppy for $550 using two Vanilla Visa Gift Cards and World Carpet Transport wanted $950 to insure the puppy. I became suspicious because why would a carpet transport company be shipping puppies and contacted my attorney. He investigated and let me know that they were scammers.
