I talk to Andrew who is a Division Manager for Exact Data. He said his company could provide me with cellphone numbers of people that were looking for a house, but it was all LIE.
The phone numbers he gave me were not cell phone numbers. 10% of the numbers he gave me were disconnected, and most of it was landline of people who lived in apartments and do not even own a house.
I informed Andrew about the issue with the phone numbers he gave me and asked him if there was a mistake because he did not provide me with cellphone numbers but instead provided me with landline numbers and work phone numbers of people who do not even own a house. Andrew told me he does not handle complaints, so he referred me to another department called "Client Support Team," which is the department that is supposed to fix the mistake on the numbers but no one from that department helped and addressed my issue. I kindly asked for the mobile numbers I ordered initially, but they just laughed at me.
