I got a third emaill from "Neil Trotter" (See my 6/18/2016 and 7/22/2016 scam tracker postings). Once again, he urges me to donate "5 million Great Britain Pounds" to me if I provide him with my personall information. I’m to get back to him at the same email address: [email protected] I uploaded this third email to this Scam Tracker posting. Clicking on the link http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-london-26627075 in this email shows pictures of the REAL Neil Trotter who did, in fact, win the Euromillions lottery. The scammer is using the good name of the real Neil Trotter!
