I ordered a bag online from Essential Travel Bag on January 1st, 2020. I received a confirmation email from them that same day saying they received my order and my payment. The money was processing and pulled from my card the next day. They told me in the email it would take a few days to process my order and a tracking email would be sent once my package was sent. That tracking email never came. So I reached out to them via their contact email to express my concern about the lack of delivery. I heard no response. Now it is eighteen days out from my order of a travel bag and I’ve received no email from them and no bag. I find it very upsetting that this happened. It is fraudulent to promise a product, pay for said product and never receive it. I truly believe that this website should be shut down and those running it held accountable for wrongful actions. I decided to report to ScamPulse.com after the lack of email response and when I searched for scams, I found one reporting of them around the similar time-frame that I purchased my bag. It’s upsetting to see this website still running after it’s already proven to scam at least one person, and now two. I paid $75 for my bag, a loss I apparently will have to take. But I would hate for any more people to lose money with this "company".

I purchased a bag off of Essential Travel Bags on December 6th. On December 20th when i did not receive my bag, i e-mailed them asking what was going on with the bag. They said it was being sent to my sorting facility and that is the longest part of the process. I still did not receive a tracking number. December 26th i e-mailed them again stating that on their FAQ page, it says that as soon as the bag is shipped the customer would receive a tracking number and i still have not gotten one. At this point it is a month after i purchased the bag., which they charged my card right away. I finally got the bag on December 30th, and when i opened the bag it was from a different brand. When i looked into the brand, i noticed they sell the bags for at least $34.00 cheaper then what i paid. I reached out to the brand i received and they got back to me to let me know they are not working with Essential Travel Bags and they must be buying their bags and reselling for a different price. I went on Facebook & Instagram to check out the comments on the page and everything has been deleted.
