POMERANIAN PUPPY SCAM:
‘Seller’ claimed puppy was $350.00 and wanted half as down payment. Would not produce receipt for down payment. Then said registering the puppy would cost an extra $380. Nope, I don’t think so.
This person swindled $175 from me claiming it was only half of the registration processing fee, and he would need the other $175 to finish the process. In the city of Louisville, CO, the registration fee for a dog is $11.00.
Would not provide references such as vet number.
