On April 2nd I ordered a 1 year magazine subscription of Modern Pioneer for my boyfriend from website Engaged Media Mags a.k.a Engaged Outdoor. I received an email saying I would be notified when my first issue had been sent. On April 4th my account was charged $19.95. On May 2nd after still not hearing from them or receiving the magazine I sent two messages to their customer service email address provided on their website. Both were immediately sent back with an "Undelivered Mail Returned To Sender" and that my message could not be delivered. On May 12th I called the 1-800 customer service number provided on their website. Both times I was immediately put on hold by a robot for 5 minutes saying the next available representative would be with me as soon as possible. Next I was told that no one was available and was then sent to voicemail. Which was then too full to except any more messages.
