They act as an employment agency, and guarantee job placement when you sign up for their $39.00 service which they also promote as refundable. Once you request a refund they say you only had 48 hours to do so. None of their recruiters or website info mention this 48 hour period for refund, and once you contact a recruiter or their customer service department about a refund they disable their given email contacts, and provide phone numbers that are constantly busy signals. The more you look up and into the company, you find only dead ends, and no available contacts after you request a refund.
