Type of a scam Online Purchase

After seeing an advertisement on Facebook I ordered some items from Emma & Mason botique of their website. I never received a confirmation email so I sent them a Facebook message (only way to contact them) and they replied quickly and confirmed they had received my order and that they were working on it. My account was charged immediately $65 for my order. Some time went by and I followed up with them again this time is was told it takes a few days to process and an additional 20 days to ship it to me. Again I followed up after about two weeks and at this time I never received a response back. I sent another response requesting them to cancel the order and give me a refund and again nothing. Their Facebook messenger says they usually reply immediately so to not send a response seems questionable.
