Made a purchase on May 4 2020 Dog Bed a payment on my Pay Pal account for $49.90 Have Not Received this Item that was ordered . I’ve emailed the company with no response. Would like a refund or the item originally ordered !

The product is Snap on Smile veneers.I followed directions but no way can they possibly work.Their shaped different than the add shows.There is no # to call and get refund,which in add stated easy refund.
