My 85 year old mother paid the above $300 to cut down a tree and remove all the branches and trunk of tree. He cut down the tree, but did not haul away any of the debris even though that’s what he wrote on the invoice. Unfortunately, she paid him the sum of $300 before the job was completed. He’s scammed others in the Chautauqua County area of Sheridan, Dunkirk and Fredonia. Just google his name. He had no address on invoice or a business card.
