Ordered a pair of designer sunglasses and paid using my credit card. Received a confirmation email with the order number. Followed-up about a month later when product still hadn’t arrived and found out the credentials for this company are invalid. The number is disconnected, my email went unanswered, and their Facebook page is nonexistent. That’s all I needed to see to know that I had been scammed! Sure enough, looked the company up on Better Business Bureau (BBB) and saw the long list of complaints from other scammed customers. DO NOT ORDER from them! (Not attaching an image of the email I received because it has my personal details listed.)

Ordered glasses from this business Armani exchange. Bank shows money has been taken out of my account but on website page for orders payment pending. Tried calling goes to voicemail leave order number, name, telephone number we will get back to you. Emailed them still no response, so I go to the BBB and I see 17 complaints the same as mine. I think they are scamming people out of their money for glasses they don’t have. I paid over 220.00 and haven’t received a word or email. Next time I’ll check with BBB first. It’s a shame people do this

I ORDERED A PAIR OF EYE GLASSES FRAMES ON 5/29/2019. THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL CAME WITH THE STATUS "AWAITING PAYMENT", WHICH HAD BEEN MADE. TO THIS DAY MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED. I JUST WANT A REFUND. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
