Made an online order and haven’t received what I ordered and then after two weeks they charged a large sum on my credit card. The credit card company caught the transaction thankfully and warned us and stopped the charge. They advised me to call the number and cancel the order and remove information from an account I didn’t realize I had. I have attempted a number of times and have got no answer. At any rate I never authorized the second charge to my card.
