left message saying they needed to talk to me about my electric supply charge. I called back and told the case number she had left in the message. She said most people don’t know they have one. She asked if I was still paying my own electric bill. Big red flag for me since I’ve never paid my own electric bill. Very gruff voice and not friendly. She hung up when I asked the name of the electric company. I’m sure her next move would have been to ask for my credit card info to pay the supply charge, but she knew I had her
