I used this website to file for an Employer Identification Number for my business so they have my personal info as well as my social security number, I paid the $247 they asked for. Upon payment I never received a confirmation email as they said I should. A day later I was left an automated voicemail message by the company saying the information was sent to my email, which it wasn’t. I’ve been calling them and it goes straight to voicemail every time.
