Type of a scam Debt Collections
This Person Emily Turner called telling she was investigating a fraudulent debt from a payday loan back in 2007. She stated she was with a company called EDR Expert Debt Recovery LLC. She gave me the phone numbers I provided. She asked for 2000 worth of debt to be paid through a processing company. She could not give me a website or a valid email address. She stated her company occupied the entire 18th floor of the address listed. She also stated I would be sued if i did not pay today. She stated she sent 2 letters that I did not receive. I also asked to be sent all the information about the debt and they would not send any.
