Ryan came to my door and said he needed to check my alarm system because he needed to update a chip. He said he was going to replace my
control panel because it was out of date. He asked if I was the home owner, which I am not but I do pay the bill. He replaced the panel but nothing else. The system does not work, I have tried to call several times and no one will call me back. I am 72 years old and I am living with no security system at all. My old system was with Brinks and I had no problem. I called Brinks and they said Edge sent them a fax saying tennent had moved.
