Selling a lens on eBay, after item sold got a message in inbox(email) that buyer needed me to send to a different address, I called ebay to ask if this was indeed the buyer and eBay rep assured me, yes this was buyers cousin, it was not, it was a scammer, eBay refuses to help in anyway. Even though their representative told me not to worry and send my lens to the different address. Now the original buyer has contacted me, and told me that was a false address and false email. I am asking for help to stop the scammer, get ebay involved, and get some help. They refuse meaning supervisors to get involved at eBay. I feel I asked the right questions I received information that allowed a scammer to get merchandise from me.
