Type of a scam Tech Support
My computer screen went red with a Windows Defender Service box and the phone #1-855-666-1991. I called the # and the person (Chris) said don’t worry he is here to help me. I am not sure what all they did to my computer but they did have access to my computer. I do know they told me to type fastsupport in the address bar, also I did see they was using CCcleaner. They did take my cc # and sent me made-up invoice for $230.21. I have *** *** that I use and they kept telling me that was only an antivirus cleaner and it didn’t keep hackers out. They did put their business phone # on my start bar at the bottom. I think my computer is worse now and I am scared to do anything on it. After speaking with several of my friends I now know if was a scam, they said the same thing happened to them.
