I don’t have internet so I order via the phone. When I called the company usually I say YES to order the product and someone comes on, and ask me if I want other products and I keep telling them I only want the product I am calling about. They keep pushing on other products. Also I was told that I had agreed and said YES, to other products. After a while you forget what you said or what you said YES to. They will not confirm the product till they have you for all the things. I am 82 years old and they keep pushing. They did say they are only sending me a little bit of a refund. I believe they change words around, because they have you saying YES so many times and at the end your not sure what you have bought. I paid $195 the first time and then $19.95 they charged me four times after the $195.
