I placed an order thru Intsagram for what I thought was Under Armour. 1 month after placing my order for clothing I received a pair of reproduction Oakley sunglasses from China. After numerous, and I mean numerous emails, they said my ordered was shipped and they can not do anything unless I have the actual package of what I ordered. I did not keep the box from the sunglasses. They are insistent they shipped my order to me. They shipped an order but not my order. Now the company is offering to me a 40% refund or I can place the order again AND pay for it! Why would I pay a second time for my original order? I am getting no where with this company. I will now try with my bank to see if they remove the charge & go after the company.

Made a purchase for leather goods , after 45 days , received a scarf instead. The customer service doesn’t respond so as much as I would like my merchandise , I would prefer a refund. I doubt highly that I will get one. This is not the first time I have been fooled but it’s definitely the last. If a deal looks too good to be true…it usually is a scam. This surely is.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered some things fro what I thought was a Roots and on sale as the website looked legit. My order was placed and I waited over a month for anything to arrive. Nothing came. I looked up the contact information for the business and was redirected many times before finding someone who could help me. Email is the only communication they allow and there are many grammatical and spelling errors in their replies. When I said I hadn’t received anything they became more aggressive, had me contact my local post office, accused the post office of stealing the package and then sent me the link noted above to “choose new merchandise” as what I had originally ordered was “out of stock”. The new pngage looked like clothes that had been stolen or were counterfeit laid out on the floor of someone’s home. When I said I wasn’t interested and wanted a full refund, they offered me 30% back. I said no and that I wanted the full purchase amount and they have gone silent. No legitimate business would behave this way.
